If you install and use our Software Applications or websites, as well as their individual functions and services, we may collect information about you. This Privacy Policy contains information on how the data collected by our applications and websites are used, as well as where you can apply for further help if you have questions or doubts.

Your use of any of our Software Applications or websites indicates that you accept and agree with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing your personal information specified herein. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by our websites or Software Applications. Our websites or Software Applications may contain links to other third party websites which are not owned or controlled by us. 2.  Collection, Use and Protection of personal information

Collection of personal information. We collect personal information, including information that you provide when you register in the Software Application or sign up for our websites' services. "Personal information" means any data that can be used to uniquely identify a person, such as name, email address or phone number.

The software applications can connect to trade servers of financial companies, and the user must enter into appropriate agreements with such companies for rendering appropriate services. The application may transmit to such financial companies the user's personal and payment information necessary for the application to operate or for the financial company to provide appropriate services.

When accessing a Software Application via a social media account (if available), the data contained in the account, including (but not limited to) name, photo or other image used as an avatar, ID number in this social network, e-mail address, language and other information becomes available to us and may be processed by us or partners in the order established by this Privacy Policy. If you use a social network application in connection with our Software Applications or our website services, information about you (including, but not limited to your name, login, nickname) may be available to the appropriate social network through such an application. Please read all the agreements and privacy policies of the social network that you use.

Use of personal information. We use personal information provided to us electronically via the Software Application or website to, inter alia, register users, maintain,administer and improve the features and functionality of our applications and associated services, to analyze the application use statistics and policy, as well as for other purposes separately approved by you in any additional agreements or terms and conditions. We also use your personal information to communicate with you. For example, if you contact us via the Software Application, we may use your personal information to respond via email or phone number. From time to time, we may offer optional questionnaires and surveys to our users which we use to obtain additional information. Access to personal information. If you decide that you do not wish us to hold or use your Personal Information for any purpose, you can stop using the relevant website or Software Application and delete the application from your device.

Children's privacy. We recognize the importance of protecting the information about children. Our applications are directed to the general public and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or an appropriate minimum age set by the law of the corresponding country). If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of 13 (or an appropriate minimum age set by the law of the corresponding country), we will delete such information from our records.

3. Non-personal information

Our non-personal information practices. We may collect non-personal information about your use of our Software Applications, visit to our websites or use of additional services, including pages you have viewed, links you have clicked, software or information you have downloaded, as well as other actions related to your use of our applications or services. We may also collect certain technical information about your mobile device or PC, such as your IP address, the type and model of your device, the user-defined device name, the type and version of the operating system, information about your time zone and geo location, as well as device language and localization information.

Additionally, we may collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses.

Cookies. Cookies are small text files containing a string of numbers and letters that are placed on your hard disk every time you visit a certain webpage. We use cookies to control and improve the use of our website, collect non-personal information about our users and store your preferences and other information on your computer in order to save your time by eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information and to display your personalized content on your later visits to our website. Aggregate data. We may combine personal information we collect from you with personal information provided by other users, in a non-identifiable format, thus creating aggregate data. We plan to analyze aggregate data mainly to identify group trends. Personal data processing in our company is carried out on a legal and fair basis and is limited to the achievement of specific, pre-defined and legitimate objectives as per the use described above. The processing is applied only to the personal data, which meet the objectives of such processing. The content and volume of processed personal data correspond to the stated processing objectives. No redundancy of the processed data is allowed.

Our company does not process special categories of personal data and biometric personal data.
